I mean, it wasn't perfect, I will admit. They left out some key plot points but the costumes and Baz-iness of the movie of course were perf. I'm obsessed with the soundtrack, or at least most of it. In all, I wasn't disappointed. So, if you haven't seen it and can tear yourself away from Benny's opening weekend of Star Trek, I recommend The Great Gatsby. (Leo & Carey are adorb too, by the way).
 

I think my sets are only going to have pinup girls in them from now on. Maybe.
 

AP tests are done! My teachers are dirty rotten liars though: "After AP tests, it will get so easy! You won't have to do anymore work really. We'll just watch movies." Then they snickered in their heads, plotting all the projects they would lavish upon us. I have seven due in the next 3 weeks: 2 in English (one being a final), 2 in French (one also a final), one in Physics, one in Art, and one in APUSH (twenties fashion magazine, what's good). None are particularly grueling but I'm just. Aren't we done yet?

I started watching Buffy again, after I watched Angel and now everything hurts because all of the characters are still in their baby age and they have so much growing up to do and pain to go through and I just can't.

I have been looking for a pair of brown ankle boots for over two years. Every time I find a pair I either don't have money, they sold out of the brown, they are not available in my size, not available in my country (Oh hi, I'm also American), completely sold out, or 200 dollars.
 

Anyway, my quest has ended because I just bought the first pair from H&M. They aren't as nice as the ones online, but they'll have to do.
 

 
I also kinda just made this collection to see how many pairs of brown boots I had in my items. XD

I'm trying to get back in the swing of making sets, and I actually like this one, so improvement. *waves hands* And I hit the 50!
 

Okay, so I really wish I could get back in Wammy's, but there's no freaking way I'm going to catch up, to be frank. I have no extra time, especially if I get into the play I'm auditioning for on Sunday. And, just, nope. I'm already like, hundreds, behind.
 

I want to apologize for my negligence to my characters, especially since I had plans for them. So, please feel free to use my characters in your updates. Gabbi and Sofia are part of the resistance, and Torah is supposed to be one of the ones who isn't involved. She's just a normal Wammy's kid. You can have her in the background being a boss telling off a kid for lying, or solving cases, whatevs. Lysia, I'm sure you can find good use for G and S.

Well, I guess this is where I list my presents. I haven't gotten the presents from my dad yet, and I'm having my friends over in a few days for our little gift exchange. But from mom / other family I received lipstick, a scarf, money, a sweater ( which I am wearing ), rose jewelry, a book of feminist poems, a vintage-inspired cake cook book, ice cream bowls in my favorite color so I don't have to not have dishes when I move out, fancy school supplies from my teacher-aunt, a pearl clutch I've been lusting after for 2 years, a silver owl statuette ( I named him Harold ) and of course, lots of candy. I also got mint Pocky. So, good haul. :DD
 

For my birthday a week ago I also got more scarves, more shopping money, an IPhone and the case I wanted. (Which is convenient because my phone literally gave up on life the next day.) My text tone is Chewbacca.
